This class is hosted by Leslie, Elaine and Amy. Join us in our tribute to a sacred ancient ritual; The Cacao Ceremony. You will be an active participant in this ritual helping prepare the cacao. Fill your senses with the act of doing, the sense of texture, taste and smells . After this blessed preparation of setting intentions, reciprocity and gratitude for the keepers of the sacred cacao and Mother Earth and drinking the cacao, you will be guided into a deep relaxing meditation and then swept further inward on your journey while experiencing Energy and Sound Healing.
